Commercial Listing Sites

These sites provide some listings to passively look at.  We post all of our listiings to these sites, so that we don’t miss any buyers/tenants.  The properties on these sites only represent a portion of what’s available.  To look at everything, call me.

1. Cityfeet – A listing service that works in conjunction with many newspapers, like the Atlanta Journal.
2. Costar – A very popular listing service among commercial realtors.  Tends to have a lot of inaccurate information and expired listings.  Does not track space under 10,000 sqft very well.  Articles are informative.
3. Loopnet – Many independent people list on this site.  Must pay to see all the listings.  Not the best place to see quality listings.

1. SBA – Small Business Administration – Financing is difficult today without using their programs.
2. Bloomberg Rate Reports – Suvey of lenders about the trends in commercial lending.
3. Commercial Loan Calculator – Let’s put in debt info and income to get a general idea of what you can afford.
